How Do I Change The Ribbon In My SmartPrint?

In the guide below we will show you the proper way to change the ink ribbon in your SmartPrint Printer System.

1. Lift the cover and remove the old ribbon.

2. Place the core of the new ribbon on the core holder with the ribbon unwinding from the bottom of the roll.

3. Wind up the excess ribbon onto the extra core provided. Make sure the blue section is completely rolled onto the extra core.

4. Install the extra core into the top core holder.

5. Push the ribbon compartment back down into the printer and close the lid.
