Of course we'll repair your printer! What kind of company wouldn't support it's products with this service.

The first thing you should do is call our wonderful tech support team at (888) 307-5352. Many of the issues we see can be fixed through an over-the-phone repair diagnosis. If this doesn't work you can send the printer to us and we'll fix it ourselves.

As a last resort, all printers come with a 1 year warranty.
